Slow Stings is - you guessed it - a slow/alt version of Bee Stings (from The Devil’s in the Dlzlzlz), which just felt right, or better even, at this tempo. Termite Tavern is something that was abandoned that originally led to Bee Stings. It didn’t fit with anything before but after making Slow Stings, it had come full circle back down to 100-105 bpm territory.
